For buyers

Buying a store or adding one

First store or tenth, we find the right one in the right place and get the permit sorted.

Stores before they're listed

We hear from owners getting ready to sell before their stores go public. Tell us what you want and we'll bring you the ones that fit.

Location research by county

We check local wet or dry status, nearby competition, traffic and growth in the counties you're looking at, then shortlist sites.

Land and buildings

Jeffrey finds and negotiates the property: a building to lease, land to buy, or the real estate that comes with a store.

Texas rules for growing owners

  • One person can hold an interest in up to 250 package stores.
  • TABC can issue one person up to 15 new package store permits a year.
  • Buying a store that has run in its county for over a year doesn't count toward that yearly limit.
  • A spouse's permits count as yours.
