What we collect

Details you type into a form: your name, phone number, email if given, county, best time to call, message, and any store figures you enter in the calculator.
Basic technical information sent with a form: your browser type and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to block spam and abuse.
The calculator works inside your browser. Figures you enter are not sent to us unless you ask for the full report.

What we do with it

Contact you about your request by phone, text or email.
Prepare for and provide any services you ask about.
Protect the Site against spam, fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with Jeffrey Grant and Justin Power, with service providers who host the Site and store form submissions for us (GitHub Pages and Supabase), with professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and where the law requires. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when pages load.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the Site.

Children

The Site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop being contacted, call (737) 281-3132 or use our contact form. You can also reply STOP to any text.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
